Installation - Goalie BladeTape

1. Both the blade and Goalie BladeTape must be at, or above
room temperature.

2. Blade surface must be CLEAN and DRY. If necessary, trim Goalie BladeTape with scissors to proper size BEFORE removal of the adhesive
backing material. (Typical for junior blades)

3. Lightly rub blade with sandpaper to roughen surface before application of Goalie BladeTape. This is only required for better adhesion on wood blades.

4. Peel backing material and lightly apply Goalie BladeTape onto the blade, working from lower centre edge outward.

BE SURE TO LEAVE AT LEAST 1/8” (3MM) OF THE BOTTOM OF THE BLADE EXPOSED.

5. Adjust position as necessary. Rub firmly into place when satisfied with position of Goalie BladeTape to eliminate any air bubbles.

IF GOALIE BLADETAPE BECOMES CUT OR DAMAGED, JUST WARM THE BLADE SLIGHTY BY HAND, ELIMINATE ANY MOISTURE AND PRESS THE DAMAGED AREA BACK DOWN ONTO THE BLADE.
